Before You Book

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving in a rush may temporarily affect your skin tone and the accuracy of your analysis.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Clothing

Please avoid hoodies, turtlenecks, or high-collar tops, as they may interfere with the draping process.

A simple crew-neck or round-neck top is recommended.

Makeup

Please arrive as you normally present yourself in everyday life.

Natural everyday makeup is welcome. However, we recommend avoiding heavy foundation, contouring, dramatic eye makeup, or makeup that significantly alters your natural coloring.

To ensure the most accurate results, please avoid facial treatments or activities that may significantly alter your natural skin tone before your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled once up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, appointment changes made within 24 hours, and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
